解決方法：正確的是一般在混合料中液/固比值在0.43~0.47，根據(jù)活性MgO的含量確定MgCl2的用量。同時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置干燥設(shè)備，使制品的含水率在出廠前控制在8%~10%，避免在使用過程中因排濕的不一致所造成的變形。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中對于組分中的輕質(zhì)、松軟的填充料應(yīng)盡可能的少加或者不加。這類填充料對抵制材料的收縮不力，同時(shí)本身的吸潮性也大，加劇了材料的收縮，同時(shí)在組分中也應(yīng)注意纖維的加筋量是否以提高抗擊和防裂要求。
