1. 保溫隔熱:其保溫隔熱性能是玻璃的6倍，粘土的3倍，普通混凝土的10倍;

3、阻燃劑:加氣混凝土是無機的，不會熄滅，且在高溫下不會產(chǎn)生有害氣體;同時，加氣混凝土導熱系數(shù)小，傳熱慢，能有效抵御火災(zāi)，保持結(jié)構(gòu)不受火災(zāi)影響。
