防火板是一種高壓層積板又稱耐火板，防火板主要原料為硅質(zhì)材料或者鈣質(zhì)材料為并了加入一定量的纖維材料、輕質(zhì)骨料、黏合劑和化學(xué)添加劑混合制成的表面裝飾的耐火建材，不存在老化問(wèn)題，也不易風(fēng)化。

　　主要以礦棉、玻璃棉為隔熱材料。其本身不燃、耐高溫性能好、質(zhì)輕，但不足之處有：

　　⑤安裝施工工作量大。因此，該種板材現(xiàn)已大部分演變成以無(wú)機(jī)粘結(jié)材料為基材，礦棉、玻璃棉作為增強(qiáng)材料的板材。

　　2、珍珠巖板、漂珠板、蛭石板

　　是以低堿度水泥為基材，珍珠巖、玻璃微珠、蛭石為加氣填充材料，再添加一些助劑復(fù)合而制成的空心板材。

　　具有自重輕、強(qiáng)度高、韌性好、防火隔熱、施工方便等特點(diǎn)，可廣泛應(yīng)用于高層框架建筑物分室、分戶、衛(wèi)生間、廚房、通訊管等非承重部位。

　　3、防火石膏板材

　　從石膏的防火性能被廣泛接受以來(lái)，以石膏為基材的防火板材發(fā)展很快。該板材主要成分不燃且含有結(jié)晶水，耐火性能較好。

　　可用作隔墻、吊頂和屋面板等。該板材原料來(lái)源豐富，便于工廠定型化生產(chǎn)。在使用中，它自重較輕，可以減輕建筑承重，且加工容易，可鋸可刨，施工方便，裝飾性好，但它的抗折性能較差。

　　Can be used as partition walls, ceilings, and roof panels, etc. This board has a rich source of raw materials, making it easy for the factory to standardize production. In use, it has a relatively light weight, which can reduce the building's load-bearing capacity, and is easy to process. It can be sawn and planed, making construction convenient and decorative. However, its flexural performance is poor.
