施工簡介：

選擇基材粘接用膠及施工工具。目前市場常見基材有細(xì)木工板中纖板刨花板等，選擇時(shí)請(qǐng)注意其含水量平整度等參數(shù)，特別是須選用表面經(jīng)過砂毛脫膜 處理的基材。粘接用膠則必須選擇正牌強(qiáng)力膠。施工工具請(qǐng)盡量選擇碳剛工具，施工時(shí)所有切割均須從色紙的一面進(jìn)刀。

Select adhesive and construction tools for substrate bonding. At present, common substrates in the market include blockboard, medium fiber board, and particleboard. When selecting, please pay attention to its moisture content, flatness, and other parameters, especially when selecting substrates with a surface treated with sanding and film removal. The adhesive used for bonding must be a genuine strong adhesive. 在耐火板背面及基材表面均勻均勻涂上強(qiáng)力膠，如果基材表面非常不平或吸水性較強(qiáng)，可能需要上兩次膠以使表面完全布膠。

使耐火板背面及基材表面強(qiáng)力膠揮發(fā)至粘接要求。注意：由于季節(jié)氣候地區(qū)等原因，各品牌強(qiáng)力膠的揮發(fā)時(shí)間都會(huì)有所不同，請(qǐng)根據(jù)強(qiáng)力膠包裝上的使用建議，結(jié)合實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及施工條件來決定揮發(fā)時(shí)間。

將耐火板小心地粘到基材上。注意：當(dāng)耐火板被壓到基材時(shí)，應(yīng)將耐火板與基材之間的空氣趕出去，然后用渡輪或抹布用力壓勻，務(wù)必使膠能均勻分布，同時(shí)避免殘余的空氣在里面。
