施工簡介：

選擇基材粘接用膠及施工工具。目前市場常見基材有細木工板中纖板刨花板等，選擇時請注意其含水量平整度等參數(shù)，特別是須選用表面經(jīng)過砂毛脫膜 處理的基材。粘接用膠則必須選擇正牌強力膠。施工工具請盡量選擇碳剛工具，施工時所有切割均須從色紙的一面進刀。

When selecting, please pay attention to its moisture content, flatness, and other parameters, especially when selecting substrates with a surface treated with sanding and film removal. 在耐火板背面及基材表面均勻均勻涂上強力膠，如果基材表面非常不平或吸水性較強，可能需要上兩次膠以使表面完全布膠。

使耐火板背面及基材表面強力膠揮發(fā)至粘接要求。注意：由于季節(jié)氣候地區(qū)等原因，各品牌強力膠的揮發(fā)時間都會有所不同，請根據(jù)強力膠包裝上的使用建議，結(jié)合實際操作經(jīng)驗及施工條件來決定揮發(fā)時間。
