a.粘合劑的涂布量應(yīng)控制在2.5-3.0g/cm2，粘接表面要全部涂布到；

b.拼接后用夾子夾緊30分鐘左右。豎直方向粘合時一定要開口，使粘合面增大，以確保粘合強度；

c.一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)被粘合部件有爆口等缺陷應(yīng)將光滑平整的一面朝外，以保證粘合質(zhì)量。

此外抗倍特板在安裝結(jié)束時如表面出現(xiàn)斑點或污跡，可用毛巾沾取少量油性清潔劑（油與丙酮的混合物）輕輕擦拭這些斑點或污點即可除去。如果沒有斑點或污跡用一般清潔劑如肥皂加水，或洗潔精加水擦拭便可。

在加工邊緣時普遍采用的工具是手提鏤銑機。在進(jìn)行作業(yè)前應(yīng)清除板件表面的灰塵或異物，以免在板件表面留下劃痕或刻痕。

鏤銑機的加工速度應(yīng)保持在2m/min為宜，如果鏤銑刀刀刃角度較小而工件厚度又較厚時，鏤銑機的加工速度應(yīng)適當(dāng)放慢。

另外銑刀刃的長度應(yīng)大于加工件的厚度，以保證一次走刀能銑削出邊緣的線型。走刀時鏤銑刀應(yīng)從高處逐步向低處下滑直至鏤銑刀刃包容銑削邊緣。

When cutting, the router should gradually slide down from the high to the low until the router edge contains the milling edge.
值得注意的是，走刀時一定要保持平穩(wěn)，不要讓鏤銑機晃動。晃動會使工件的邊緣形成不規(guī)則波紋，給后道砂磨拋光工序增加工作量，影響加工效率。
