1、 Keel device

1、玻鎂防火板覆蓋的墻面須按規(guī)劃圖或施工圖的要求裝置龍骨，并對(duì)龍骨進(jìn)行調(diào)平處理。龍骨外表應(yīng)平整、光滑、無(wú)銹蝕、無(wú)變形。

1. The wall covered by glass magnesium fireproof board shall be equipped with keel according to the requirements of the planning drawing or construction drawing, and the keel shall be leveled. The keel surface shall be flat, smooth, free of rust and deformation.

2、龍骨間隙內(nèi)需要填充物的，應(yīng)按規(guī)劃要求先行裝置、處理，并保證不影響玻鎂防火板的裝置。

2. If fillers are needed in the keel gap, they shall be installed and treated first according to the planning requirements, and ensure that the installation of glass magnesium fireproof board will not be affected.

3、結(jié)構(gòu)墻體要依照建筑規(guī)范進(jìn)行施工前處理，龍骨的排布尺度必定要和玻鎂的排布相適應(yīng)。木龍骨距離應(yīng)小于300mm，輕鋼龍骨距離不大于400mm。龍骨的裝置應(yīng)與玻鎂長(zhǎng)度方向相垂直。

3. The structural wall shall be treated before construction in accordance with the building code, and the layout scale of keel must adapt to the layout of glass magnesium. The distance between wood keels shall be less than 300mm, and the distance between light steel keels shall not be more than 400mm. 4、木龍骨外表到基層的距離依照具體要求，一般為50mm。木龍骨邊面平整度及垂直度差錯(cuò)應(yīng)不大于0.5mm。

二、面板裝置

2、 Panel device

1、測(cè)量墻面尺度，確認(rèn)裝置方位，確認(rèn)水平線和垂直線，確認(rèn)電線插口、管子等物體的切空預(yù)留尺度。

1. Measure the wall scale, confirm the device orientation, confirm the horizontal line and vertical line, and confirm the cut-off reserved scale of wire socket, pipe and other objects.

2、按施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)踐尺度計(jì)算并裁開(kāi)部分玻鎂(對(duì)立面上有對(duì)稱要求的，特別要注意裁開(kāi)部分玻鎂的尺度，保證兩頭的對(duì)稱)和線條(收邊線條、外角線條、銜接線條)，并為電線插口、管子等物體切空預(yù)留。

2. Calculate and cut some glass magnesium according to the practical scale of the construction site (if there are symmetry requirements on the opposite facade, pay special attention to the scale of cutting some glass magnesium to ensure the symmetry of both ends) and lines (edge closing lines, outer corner lines, connecting lines), and reserve space for wire sockets, pipes and other objects.

3、裝置玻鎂防火板

(1)玻鎂防火板的裝置次序，遵從從左到右、從下到上的準(zhǔn)則。

(1) The installation sequence of glass magnesium fireproof board shall follow the guidelines from left to right and from bottom to top.

(2)玻鎂防火板橫向裝置時(shí)，凹口朝上;豎直裝置時(shí)，凹口在右側(cè)。

(2) When the glass magnesium fireproof board is installed horizontally, the notch faces upward; When the device is vertical, the notch is on the right.

(3)部分玻鎂防火板有對(duì)斑紋要求的，每一立面應(yīng)依照玻鎂上事前編制好的編號(hào)順次從小到大進(jìn)行裝置。(玻鎂的編號(hào)遵從從左到右、從下到上、數(shù)字順次從小到大)

(3) If some glass magnesium fireproof boards have requirements for speckle, each facade shall be installed from small to large according to the number prepared in advance on glass magnesium. (the number of glass magnesium follows from left to right, from bottom to top and from small to large in sequence)

4、對(duì)玻鎂防火板有收邊要求時(shí)，收邊線條對(duì)其進(jìn)行收邊，收邊處用螺釘固定。對(duì)右側(cè)、上側(cè)的收邊線條裝置時(shí)為橫向脹大預(yù)留1.5mm，并可選用硅膠密封。

4. When there are edge trimming requirements for glass magnesium fireproof board, the edge trimming line shall be used for edge trimming, and the edge trimming part shall be fixed with screws. For the edge closing line device on the right and upper sides, 1.5mm is reserved for transverse expansion, and silicone sealing can be selected.

5、玻鎂在龍骨上的固定用射釘裝置沿企口及板槽處用射釘將玻鎂固定在龍骨上，射釘須有2/3 以上嵌入木龍骨，射釘要均勻排布，并要求有必定的密度，每塊玻鎂防火板與每條龍骨上聯(lián)合射釘數(shù)量不少于10 個(gè)。

5. The fixation of glass magnesium on the keel shall be fixed on the keel with shooting nails along the groove and groove. More than 2 / 3 of the shooting nails must be embedded in the wooden keel. The shooting nails shall be evenly arranged and required to have a certain density. The number of combined shooting nails on each glass magnesium fireproof board and each keel shall not be less than 10.

6、檢修孔及其他施工問(wèn)題

6. Manhole and other construction problems

(1)檢修孔在同一平面時(shí)，檢修孔蓋板除木收邊外的其余外表要貼玻鎂做裝修;墻面的玻鎂在檢修孔處不收邊，只需要和檢修孔邊際齊平即可。

(1) When the manhole is on the same plane, the surface of the manhole cover plate shall be decorated with glass magnesium except for wood trimming; The glass magnesium on the wall does not close at the manhole, but only needs to be flush with the edge of the manhole.

(2)如檢修孔的方位和玻鎂施工墻面垂直觸摸，應(yīng)要求更改檢修孔的方位，保證玻鎂的施工條件。

(2) If the orientation of the manhole is perpendicular to the construction wall of glass magnesium, the orientation of the manhole shall be changed as required to ensure the construction conditions of glass magnesium.
