由于防火板是近幾年的新式行業(yè)，許多用戶對防火板的運(yùn)用并不是很了解，今天針對防火板用來隔墻來說明下具體辦法。
As the fireproof board is a new industry in recent years, many users do not know much about the use of fireproof board. Today, we will explain the specific methods for the use of fireproof board as partition wall.
運(yùn)用的具體步驟：
Specific steps of application:
1.防火板材：一般情況下建議用6mm厚度以上的玻鎂板作隔墻板。
1. Fireproof board: generally, glass magnesium board with thickness of more than 6mm is recommended as partition board.
2.配件：6mm以上的板材固定在框架龍骨上，要用3.5200mm的沉頭螺釘固定，釘頭低于板面0.5mm，以便保證飾面平整。
2. Accessories: plates above 6mm shall be fixed on the frame keel with 3.5200mm countersunk screws, and the nail head shall be 0.5mm lower than the plate surface to ensure smooth finish.
3.裝置：開端裝置時(shí)，有必要標(biāo)好龍骨的準(zhǔn)確位置，并作好記號。豎龍骨中xin間隔為450-600mm，墻體的銜接處和門窗兩邊裝置時(shí)要裝附加龍骨，如墻體高度大于2440mm時(shí)，須在板材銜接處加裝支撐龍骨。
3. Device: when starting the device, it is necessary to mark the accurate position of the keel and make marks. The Xin interval in the vertical keel is 450-600mm. Additional keels shall be installed at the junction of the wall and the devices on both sides of doors and windows. If the wall height is greater than 2440mm, supporting keels shall be installed at the junction of plates.
4.板距：相臨板材之間留縫距4-6mm，板材與地面之間有必要留有5mm的空隙，螺釘裝置中xin距為150mm，距板邊10mm，間隔板角30mm。
4. Plate spacing: the joint spacing between adjacent plates is 4-6mm. It is necessary to leave a 5mm gap between the plate and the ground. The Xin spacing in the screw device is 150mm, 10mm from the plate edge and 30mm from the spacer plate angle.
5.吊掛：衛(wèi)生間或廚房間等吊掛重物處，有必要用木板或龍骨加固，以免板材受到破壞。
5. Hanging: where heavy objects are hung in toilets or kitchens, it is necessary to reinforce them with boards or keels to avoid damage to the boards.
6.接縫處理：在裝置時(shí)板材與板材留有空隙4-6mm，用107膠水或強(qiáng)li膠調(diào)勻后用刮刀涂改板材及縫隙處，然后用紙帶或風(fēng)格帶粘貼壓平。

7.涂料裝修：可以用噴涂、刷涂或滾涂，但刷涂時(shí)有必要參看涂料的有關(guān)說明。

8.裝修面貼瓷磚：在浴室、衛(wèi)生間、廚房、地下室等濕潤區(qū)域裝置時(shí)，如需在板面貼瓷磚龍骨之間的間隔有必要縮短到400mm。墻體每隔三塊板(約3.6mm左右)有必要留有一條伸縮縫。
8. Tiling the decoration surface: when installing in wet areas such as bathroom, toilet, kitchen and basement, if it is necessary to paste tiles on the board surface, the interval between keels must be shortened to 400mm. It is necessary to reserve an expansion joint every three plates (about 3.6mm) of the wall.
9.隔音墻體：如需墻體有較高的隔音效果，有必要要求墻體和板材結(jié)合嚴(yán)密密閉，再向空墻內(nèi)填充礦棉，如龍骨雙面采用兩種不同厚度的板時(shí)，隔間效果更佳。
9. Sound insulation wall: if the wall is required to have high sound insulation effect, it is necessary to require the combination of wall and plate to be tightly sealed, and then fill the empty wall with mineral wool. If two plates with different thickness are used on both sides of keel, the compartment effect is better.
10.抗沖擊墻體：建議您選用8mm以上的防火板或加一層板，di二張板須用長一些的螺絲釘加固。這種辦法可增強(qiáng)抗沖擊、隔熱、隔音效果和防火性能。
10. Impact resistant wall: it is recommended that you select a fireproof board of more than 8mm or add a layer of board, and di two boards must be reinforced with longer screws. This method can enhance impact resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance.
